• First aid/CPR

• Current MMR vaccination

• Blood borne pathogen training

• Food handler’s permit

Family Child Care Home Providers                                 

Owner:

•    High school diploma                                         

•    Attend licensing orientation                                            

•    Complete licensing application                                   

•    Initial certificate (12 ECE credits within 5 years of opening)                                                                                        

Assistant teacher:

•    High school diploma                                                             

•    Initial certificate (12 ECE credits

•    within 5 years of employment)          

Child Care Center Providers

Lead teacher:

• High school diploma

• Initial certificate (12 ECE credits within 5 years of employment)

Assistant teacher:

• High school diploma

• Initial certificate (12 ECE credits within 5 years of employment)
