Prevention Works! believes that Family Friendly Workplaces play an important role in supporting parents and strengthening our community.  We are proud to recognize employers in Clallam County who share our belief and understand the value of Family Friendly policies to their workplace and the entire community.  Benefits to employers with Family Friendly Workplaces include:

Employees of Family Friendly Workplaces are often more loyal to their employers, more satisfied with their jobs, and are less stressed due to an improved work/life balance.

Prevention Works! has developed a checklist with 17 policies we believe are Family Friendly.  Employers who have at least 80% (13) of the policies in place are highlighted as Family Friendly Stars.  Employers who have at least eight policies in place are listed as Family Friendly Workplaces.  If you would like to become a Family Friendly Star or Family Friendly Workplace, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
